   My main rolls at IERUS involve supporting the RF Innovation Cell and all of our efforts as the Lead Engineer, along with project management of, and engineering development on RF programs within the Cell. • Coordinate with the Innovation Cell Lead in determining technical direction of the Cell, while maintaining overall direction with corporate goals • Actively and aggressively pursue opportunities to strengthen and maintain the technological edge of the Innovation Cell through Business Development, Recruiting, Acquisitions, Training, etc. • Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and other IC Lead Engineers to identify internal and external opportunities for reuse/re-purpose of existing company IP • Identify, define, and then develop and execute IRAD programs within the IC • Function as Lead Design Engineer for all IC programs that operate within the IERUS AS9100 Quality Management System • Support corporate Business Development in areas such as whitepapers, proposals, overview charts, customer meetings, brochures, etc Continue to support IERUS technical efforts in the areas of: • RF System Design • RF Front End design for IERUS\'s OSCAR radar system • Signatures Analysis • Systems Engineering • Requirements Verification and Validation • Radar Data Post-processing and Analysis • Method of Moments Modeling of Antennas and other Objects • Analysis of RCS and Antenna Model/Measurement Agreement • Antenna Design, Fabrication, and Testing • Rapid Prototyping of RF/Antenna Designs • DFM for Electronic and Mechanical Designs • On and off-site RF and Environmental Antenna Testing • Project Management under IERUS\'s AS9100/ISO9001 certified QMS • Continuing the IERUS tradition of outstanding Operation Excellence
