Matrix management with international purchasing-development teams (80 employees) and merchandise teams of the different countries (Spain, Belgium, Italy, Romania, Poland, Argentina, Brazil [and Taiwan until 2022]).Management of Private Label business and sales commercial growth in countries outside France (€3bn sales), and development / monitoring of Group purchasing alliances and strategic partnerships (€200m).• Construction of the Group strategic growth plan, broken down by levers, with annual forecast by country and P&L impact (sales and margin challenges and investments plans).• Turning of the Group\'s private label strategy into operational roadmap at country level (category offer, margin mix, marketing levers).• Performance management and monitoring by country with key indicators for each lever implemented to ensure local private labels growth.• Responsible for defining Group private label sourcing strategies, procurement policy and international purchasing processes, product development and product portfolio management (sourcing to contract, PLM cycle, implementation of the local Authorities regulations), and developing buying massification within European countries.• Responsible for the development and implementation of external strategic partnerships and buying alliances on private label (European retailers - e.g. Coop Nordic / Cora / Tesco).• In charge of the transformation plan execution among international private label teams to support the new 20••••26 Group plan, including organizational changes, and processes and workflows optimization.• Monitoring of cross-functional and transversal issues to strengthen private label efficiency and to monitore key activities to develop among the teams (eg. activities around Group\'s Act for Food transition trajectory, Tech & data Information Systems roadmap to support private label growth, annual private label events).
