ABOUT STEPHANE LARGENTIER

With over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management, I am currently leading a project management team at Würth Elektronik Group, a global leader in electrical power distribution and electronics for all types of vehicle. I am responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and innovative projects for various clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability. I have a 6 Sigmas green belt certification, from the very beginning of my career, and I applied the principles of continuous improvement, lean management, and risk management to optimize the performance and efficiency of the projects and now of my team. I am comfortable in the fields of electricity, electronics and software, and I take advantage of my domain expertise in mechanical engineering, which I acquired through my education and my previous roles, to strengthen the expertise of our engineering teams. I am enthusiastic about creating value for customers and the company, as well as developing the skills and competencies of my team members. I\'m always keen to learn new technologies and methods, and to collaborate with other experts and stakeholders in all areas of engineering.
