Since the early my work is mainly focused on three key areas- Management: I lead teams of consultants and regularly facilitate agile management training programs for our clients- Agile coaching: I help our clients improve their value chain and resolve any dysfunctions through training, facilitation, consulting, and coaching at the individual, team, and managerial levels- Business development: I contribute to knowledge capitalization, the development of marketing tools, and responding to calls for tenders.I draw on my prior experience in software development and managing IT projects in the industrial sector, as well as in industrializing software engineering practices.My daily tools include: Management 3.0, Scrum, SAFe, Nexus, Lean, Kanban, Systemic thinking, and Professional Coaching (RNCP certified by IFOD).
