I still remember the excitement of writing and running my first few lines of code as a kid. After more than 25 years, I continue on the same path and enjoy my work every single day.As a proven technology leader, I love the new challenges presented by my customers and my peers. During my work at Oracle, I worked with multiple teams in critical environments, specializing in systems integrations, complex system troubleshooting and database performance. Next, I founded LCS Technologies, a service company focused on providing software development, database administration, and software migrations. Besides the business aspect, I continued being hands-on as much as possible. We listed 3 times on Inc. love learning, designing, building and delivering database architectures while working with like minded people. I\'m a team player, leader, entrepreneur, business owner, self starter, and critical thinker. I\'m always looking to work with agile, dynamic and cross functional teams on new and innovative ways to leverage data and cloud technology. Certified AWS Solution Architect with strong presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with organizational leadership and technical teams. Always willing to mentor and sharing knowledge with others as well as eager to learn something new every day.As a side passion and ways to give back, I started to teach kids coding and electronics. After much success, I launched a curriculum for kids to learn electronics and JavaScript coding a home or in the classroom using Arduino with a unique comic book format. Recently completed a complex technology refresh for a set of 24x7 mission-critical applications (California DOJ) with minimal downtime and zero data loss (from inception to support). Designed and Implemented applications for various customers running on primarily on Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB databases either on site or in the cloud (AWS). Additionally, hire and retain a core team of experts with skills ranging from database administration, to custom development and ERP deployments and support. LCS was named Sacramento\'s fastest growing company (2011 by the Business Journal) and 90th on the Inc 500 list (US).
