I have been creating software for more than 35 years. In 1990, I started thinking about building a software company and created Incognito Software Inc, which I sold a few years ago. I deeply believe in 3 things when it comes to business: the team is more important than the individuals, the customer/partner relationship must be a respectful one, and you do things right because it is the right thing to do. These have been words to live by and have helped our teams and I rise to new levels every year.
