About Stephane Bee
Originally from Europe, I’ve spent over 20 years in New York building and leading creative departments for high-level corporate clients. Over time, I’ve developed a strong reputation as a creative and communication strategist, grounded not only in experience and technical skill sets, but also in emotional intelligence, common sense, and an instinct for people.In 2005, I founded my own agency, drawing on my background in design, creative strategy, and project management to help global clients sharpen their visual identity across print, video, and digital Since then, I’ve worked extensively with senior clients in the financial industry, leading creative teams through design thinking and positive leadership practices. For the past two decades, design thinking and ideation have been at the heart of every process I’ve built, fueled by my long-standing interests in ethnography, sociology, and design. An empathic, hands-on, user-centric approach has allowed me to mentor teams effectively, solve complex problems, and drive innovation and competitive advantage.Sharing knowledge through mentorship and teaching feels natural to me, which is why becoming a certified leadership coach felt like the obvious next step. I also see myself participating in podcasts and speaking panels, and am now focusing on intentionally “branding” myself for that space.Outside of work, I love taking on playful creative projects. The kitchen is my therapy. I bake a lot of bread, often make cakes, and experiment with all kinds of food, sometimes to my son’s dismay (bruh). Cooking is one of my love languages, for others and for myself.I’m equally drawn to DIY projects in and out of the kitchen. I make my own tallow face lotion, skin scrubs, cough drops, cough syrup, and fire starters, and I love drawing inspiration from makers and creators online.Photography has always been a core part of my creative life Writing is newer for me, and something I approach with humility, as it doesn’t come as naturally.
