ABOUT STEPHANE PATE

As Senior Vice President and General Manager for Germany Enterprise, my focus is to work with our customers to become their partner of choice for their digital transformation. Travelling extensively within the different Landers allows me to keep up a close relation with customers and partners. For more than 9 years now, I had the mission to develop the EMC and then Dell EMC go-to-market strategy and to consolidate its reputation for excellence. I had a vast experience developing business in countries with great political and economic diversity going from Europe, Middle East to South Africa. The challenge and the magic is to adapt to all these different environments, to support our customers no matter where they come from. I particularly appreciate the diversity of my job, working with teams and customers, either in my previous position, in countries that were very different in terms of culture, language, as well as digital maturity, or now in Germany, where being close to duo Partner/Customer, is a key element for success. All my customers are well aware that status quo is not an option. They all see technology as a major business enabler. At Dell EMC, we are not only providing IT, we are helping them navigate towards a digital world.
