Manage Program Power of 2 to lead logical separation for our full Digital technology landscape. It consisted in transforming network, workplace, google space, ERP and satellites that Solvay has been splitted in 2 distinct groups with new legal entities at spin off.Lead ERP modernization Roadmap and project to build new digital platform on SAP S/4 Hana for the group.Prepare and Lead move to cloud program. Under this program, the main project was to migrate all our SAP eco system from on premise to AWS. During this move we also converted SAP ECC6 on Hana. After validation of roadmap, manage RFP then due diligence to select a partner to design AWS landing zone then migrate systems to AWS cloud
