Founded in 1985, UNITe is one of the pioneers of renewable energies in France. With more than 60 production sites (including about 50 owned), the group is one of the leading independent power producers of 100% renewable electricity. The UNITe group is in a phase of sustained growth: through the development of greenfield projects, the acquisition of projects to be built, and even the acquisition of running power plants. The UNITe group is structured around 3 poles, the head office and 2 specialized subsidiaries : HYDROWATT is the operational structure of the group. It executes construction or renovation of power plants, it ensures the daily operation and maintenance of hydroelectric, wind and photovoltaic power plants and it manages internal projects for the development and construction of new sites. GREEN-ACCESS trades energy and guarantees of origin from UNITe or third party power plants. It assists local and renewable energy producers with adjustment mechanisms.
