Managing the implementation of the Population-Based HIV Impact Assessment (PHIA) in different countries (Cote d\'Ivoire, Cameroon, Botswana, and DR Congo) and supporting the same countries as the Point of Contact HIV General HIV Surveillance Advisor. PHIA as country wide surveys aiming at measuring the results of HIV Response after decades of programs’ implementation. Currently these surveys are being conducted in 14 countries namely Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Botswana, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire and Haiti.
