Practically minded, experienced in-house IP practitioner. Experienced in strategic patent portfolio development, patent prosecution, FTO & patentability analysis, due-diligence and line management of a team of IP professionals. My primary background is in the life science biotech/pharma sector with a focus on therapeutic antibodies, antibody-related technologies but also small molecules in early-phase, late-phase development and commercial stage. My goal is to work efficiently with all levels of the organization to deliver a coherent IP strategy for innovative pharmaceutical products which includes an effective IP lifecycle management together with the implementation of other IP tools (SPCs, PTEs and orphan/regulatory exclusivities). In addition, strong expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating license agreements and other types of agreements (clinical trial agreement, clinical research and commercial manufacturing agreements etc.).
