Working since March 1992 as a full time works councillor at Ardagh Group in Germany. Be experienced in all economic affairs including dealing with a company insolvency, leading the economic committee since more than 20 years. Changing environements and changing companies lead always to a lot of changes for the employees. These all were supported and knowledge was brought in, in all of these things. Changing working time Systems, developing shift planning Systems, creating rules are well known and made by myself. Sharing my knowledge as free consultant as my second job.
