Specifically working with the following Contact Centre products: Workforce Optimization (WFO), Avaya Aura Contact Centre (AACC), Call Management System (CMS), Avaya Aura Experience Portal(AAEP)/Avaya Voice Portal(AVP), Call Recording Quality Monitoring (CRQM), CallBack Assist(CBA) & Application Enablement Services (AES). Led the detailed engineering & transmission network planning groups to support PCS network deployment activities, at Microcell Connexions, for over a year. Has also worked as a project engineer in relation with the implementation of micro-waves & optoelectronics links for Hydro-Québec during 4 years.
