As Command Inspector Program Coordinator, saved $84K annually by overhauling the Train, Assist, and Evaluation Program, leading 11 RS-level inspections and improving compliance across all functional areas. Streamlined inspection processes and enhanced support to Recruiting Stations despite budget constraints. Orchestrated the seamless relocation of 1st MCD Headquarters to Fort Hamilton, NY, leading a cross-functional Operational Planning Team to develop and execute a sustainable movement plan under aggressive timelines. Steered procurement of 30 facilities and 67 GOVs from RS Frederick to 1st MCD. Executed two district-wide support symposiums for 60 personnel from 8 RS locations, enhancing training.
