ABOUT STEPHAN HODGE

As a project and program management leader, I have excelled by building strong trusted relationships across organizations. Having worked in both IT and on the business side of organizations, as well as directly with clients and vendors, I am able to communicate effectively with all team members, and at all levels of the organization, but also ask the right questions. My goal is to build strong bridges across an organization that allow for successful collaboration and outstanding delivery. Through the course of my career, I have built multiple project management and PMO organizations, implementing sufficient structure and discipline to allow for successful delivery while improving efficiency. I have also led and supported many Lean, Agile and business transformations, along with other enterprise-wide initiatives including product/software development and implementations; infrastructure upgrades and data center migrations; facility streamlining and consolidations; and off-shore build outs. I’m always looking for situations where I can see the positive impact I’m having an organization, but also the opportunity to make people’s lives better.
