I am working as a lawyer at the Berlin office of Kapellmann und Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB. My practice focuses on private construction law, in particular on construction projects in the field of renewable energies (onshore/offshore wind and solar parks). My work includes advising on and negotiating international standard contracts and individually tailored EPC contracts, assisting with construction law disputes with international dimensions, and representing clients in international arbitration proceedings.In real estate law, I advise in particular on commercial tenancy law (production, hotel, logistics and retail properties). I also assist clients in real estate transactions, including due diligence reviews.I previously studied German law at the University of Potsdam and French law at the University of Nanterre (Paris), where I obtained a Licence en droit and a Maîtrise en droit (Master I) with a focus on international and European law.
