As the first engineer, it\'s really satisfying to find solutions for such a complex architecture, make sure everything performs well and stays safe, keep integration simple, work on our telemetry system, and learn to plan ahead in this fast-paced environment. Juggling technical challenges with client work, hiring, and timeline planning is sometimes crazy, but it really entertains me!
