I completed my Army career after 11 years of service as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal(EOD) Technician and Airborne Infantryman. I was fortunate enough to serve in very interesting and challenging duty assignments both within the United States and in locations overseas.As a civilian, I continued in the explosive safety field as an Unexploded Ordnance Team Leader working primarily on US Army Corps Of Engineers contracts.I left the explosive safety field to pursue private-sector work as an Air Quality Compliance Team Lead which later led me to the Landfill Gas Operations Lead Hand position. My passion for a challenge that requires problem-solving, client relations, hands-on effort, and outside of the box thinking was increasingly met with each new position I\'ve heldI’m passionate about technology and how it can be utilized to make a workforce safe and efficient, I was fortunate enough to work with a company that embraced my efforts to implement technology that leveraged drones, laser methane detection, and system automation to reduce worker exposure and operational expenses. I\'m always eager to connect with other professionals in this endeavor. While I enjoy all aspects of the professions I\'ve held, The two most rewarding have been:Passing on my knowledge/experience to someone thus enabling them to work independently.Seeing a tough project thru to completion while exceeding expectations.I\'m working on my AS in Firearms Technology from Sonoran Desert InstituteI’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers, or just interesting people, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
