National Account Manager - Specification @Bristan Group Ltd

As National Specification Manager for Bristan Group I am responsible for the Top 15 National House Builders from Group level to Regional office. My role is clearly built on solid customer relationships delivering day to day support to all in the supply chain (Client/House Builder - Merchant Supply Chain Partners - Sub Contractor). I build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within our customers to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues. For all of my National Accounts I work on a jointly agreed Business Plan to ensure continued financial growth and maximum value. On an annual/bi annual basis when our customers tender I review the agreements in place, perform full margin analysis, negotiate new deals, propose new products which all form part of a continuous improvement drive to ensure our product is the best fit for our customer’s needs. In addition to National House Builders I am also responsible for our largest Modular Construction customers, again driving efficiencies for them and ensuring the product specified is fit and aligned to their needs.
