Developing and leading the internal communications strategy to ensure consistent, engaging and meaningful messaging is shared across all levels of the business. This includes creating a structured internal comms roadmap, tailoring messages for different audiences and ensuring we have strong key communication channels. I continuously measure the effectiveness of our communications through feedback and analytics—refining our approach to enhance alignment and colleague experience.I work closely with stakeholders across the business to support business initiatives, promote a positive workplace culture through strategic employee engagement as well as organising and managing business-wide event, such as our annual manager conference.
