PR Offshore Services Ltd.(PROFFS) is an established recruitment agency, which provides personnel worldwide to the ROV and diving Industry. As a Recruitment Consultant at PROFFS, my main responsibilities are initially the recruitment of 3.4U Inspection, Client rep and ROV personnel. This includes all aspects of recruitment, from the initial contact from the client, to the search and recruitment of appropriate personnel to suit the financing, exact needs and proposed work scope of the client. This has been one individual to a full team. I also look for further areas of growth and continually look for other areas where PROFFS are able to expand the service we offer. Further duties include, but not limited to marketing, client liaising / entertaining, man management, travel (air fare etc), logistic arrangements (including Visa arrangements), finance and back office duties.
