Developing quarterly marketing and commercial trading briefs to enable us to reset Asda\'s value proposition, by step changing quality perception and reassuring on price - Ensuring that activity across the business is aligned to customer mindsets and the seasonal events and delivers against our commercial objectives- Synthetising customer insight and internal and market data to tell a compelling story and make recommendations for future activity - Working with Commercial, Own Brand and Marketing teams to develop trading propositions that drive sales and footfall across channels and manage alignment of these across all themes on the customer calendar, from brief through to execution - Working with our in-house Own Brand, Product Development and Insight teams, to develop differentiated propositions and events based on deep customer understanding and where Asda can best meet important and emerging customer needs - Landing execution of comms briefs with media and creative teams - Supporting in the development of Exec board content, working cross functionally across senior leaders across the business to ensure seasonal events and trading propositions are executed on time and deliver against the brief- Line manager & mentor
