   Plays a key role in developing and managing Trust for Public Land’s national email program by building campaigns, journeys, and autoresponders, generating target audiences, conceptualizing engagement campaigns across channels, and gathering insights from performance reporting. Coordinates the national email calendar in cooperation with other departments. Devises and executes A/B tests, manages testing calendar, records results, and advises on data-driven improvements. Works in partnership with designers and writers to optimize email creative and template structure based on industry best practices. Depending on the campaign, also copywrites and designs elements independently to brand standards.About TPL: For more than 50 years, Trust for Public Land has been connecting everyone to the outdoors and to each other. From neighborhood parks to national parks, the organization has completed more than projects, protected more than 3.5 million acres of land, helped to secure over 94 billion dollars of public funds for land protection and park creation, and inspired cities and towns nationwide to work to create a park or open space within a 10-minute walk of all their residents.
