Key Achievements • Supported the launch of over 10 new products by defining and managing Salesforce requirements for product creation, contracting, invoicing and fulfillment. • Migration to Salesforce Lightning and CPQ: Led efforts for key milestones during the migration to Salesforce Lightning and CPQ, rigorously testing pricing models and end-to-end processes to ensure system readiness and fitness for purpose.
