Nearly 10 years of experience helping tech companies grow through various stages, partnering with amazing candidates to find their dream jobs & ensuring alignment between company culture and real time experience. I have always found myself in customer service-oriented roles, whether it was working in my college bookstore to now working as a Recruiting Manager at Procore serving as a recruitment SME for our revenue generating teams! My goal and passion is to develop a deep connection with candidates by using my superpowers (empathy & active listening) to learn more about their story and their future goals/ambitions. Through these interactions, I hope to become a resource that will ultimately help them find the next opportunity on their career path or even land their absolute dream job! A big part of relaxing and recharging, for me, is traveling to new places, seeing historic sights, and learning about new cultures and cuisines!
