Experience:I am an IP litigator with a focus on Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission (\"ITC\"). I have represented complainants, respondents, and third parties in numerous ITC investigations involving a wide array of technologies and various claims, including patent infringement, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and unfair competition. I also routinely represent clients in district court litigation and appeals at the Federal Circuit. I have also prepared and prosecuted patents in at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as an engineer for ten years. I worked in the field of semiconductor manufacturing and aerospace engineering. My work in semiconductor manufacturing included equipment engineering, process engineering, and leadership in wet etch and lithography. My work in aerospace engineering included thermal analysis on the space shuttle.
