ABOUT STEPH HOLLINS
An experienced and qualified HR practitioner. An excellent team worker who thrives when working under own initiative. Motivated by change and the challenge of learning new areas of work. Dedicated to continuous professional development, I have completed CIPD level 3 Certificate in HR Practice and level 5 CIPD Certificate in HR Management. I have achieved the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice. I have achieved a Merit in MA HRM and Employment Law at Staffordshire University and the CIPD Level 5 Award in Employment Law. I am a volunteer on the CIPD North Staffordshire branch committee as the Student Representative. This role enables me to liaise with local CIPD providers, informing them about events and also ensuring student engagement with the CIPD. I always strive to keep my knowledge current, and so I attend the majority of CIPD events in Staffordshire, Shropshire and Manchester. These events have allowed me to gain a wealth of knowledge which I enjoy applying to my work.
