CEO, GoodCRM | Chair, Venture Arts | Strategic Leader in Tech for Good & the Cultural SectorI’m the CEO of GoodCRM — a purpose-built CRM platform transforming how cultural and charitable organisations connect with people, manage programmes, and grow their impact.Our software brings together fundraising, membership, ticketing, communications, and relationship management into one powerful system. With smart segmentation, connected data, and clear reporting, GoodCRM helps organisations work more efficiently and build stronger, more meaningful connections with their communities.I lead the strategic direction of the company, shaping our vision and roadmap to ensure we continue to meet the real-world needs of the third sector. Since joining in 2020, I’ve focused on expanding our platform’s scope, deepening our sector-specific offering, and advocating for more inclusive, accessible technology.Earlier in my career, I spent over a decade working with cultural organisations to become more sustainable and financially resilient. As a fundraising consultant and trainer, I supported major institutions like the Crafts Council, Sound & Music, and the Royal College of Music — and since 2015, I’ve helped raise over £12 million for the arts.I co-founded Adapt for Arts CIC in 2014 and currently serve as Chair of Venture Arts, a pioneering organisation championing learning disabled artists.I’m an alumna of the University of the Arts London, Manchester School of Art and Leeds University, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
