As a Founding Account Executive at Bravely, I lead new business development across organizations of all sizes - partnering with HR and People leaders to understand their biggest workforce challenges and build the case for coaching as a strategic solution. My role has grown well beyond a traditional AE. Over nearly 5 years I\'ve helped bring three new products to market, lead a team supporting the full sales process, and contribute to internal leadership conversations that shape how Bravely grows and goes to market.Coaching changes careers - and I get to help make that happen at scale.

ABOUT STEPH DENBESTE

My career has always lived at the intersection of people, performance, and partnership. For 15+ years I\'ve worked in consultative, relationship-driven sales - building trust with senior leaders, navigating complex organizations, and delivering solutions that genuinely move the needle for businesses and their people. That\'s taken me across patient & consumer experience, employee experience, and people development - from NRC Health, where I spent nearly 11 years growing partnerships with health systems and hospitals nationwide, to Glint (now part of LinkedIn), to my current role as a Founding Account Executive at Bravely, where I help HR and People leaders bring professional coaching to their organizations as a strategic tool for performance, development, and culture. I\'m a builder. I thrive in environments where the playbook isn\'t fully written yet - where there\'s space and autonomy to try new things, live in different lanes, and actually make a difference. Relationships, curiosity, and meaning are what drive me. Outside of work, I\'m a mom, a fitness instructor, and a former collegiate athlete. Whether it\'s on a field, in a gym, or in a boardroom - I\'ve always believed that the right support and challenge can help people exceed what they thought was possible. That belief is what draws me to the work I do every day.If you\'re thinking about how to better support and develop your leaders and teams, I’d love to connect.
