Step by Step is one of the leading Supply Teaching Agencies in Lancashire and Cumbria. We are a family run business that has been established since 2008. Recently, Step by Step have been awarded the gold standard for education recruitment from REC. We are proud of our reputation of providing a first class, transparent service and we are blessed to be the preferred supplier for many of the local schools.
