Since I got my start in facilities back in 2007, I’ve navigated just about every operational challenge you can imagine. These days, I lead the facilities and maintenance for 300 KinderCare locations, managing a multi-state footprint and a talented team of 24 people. While I spend a lot of time on the technical side—like equipment repairs and major improvement projects—I’ve always believed that facilities management is a service industry at its heart. I put a lot of energy into building strong relationships with my team, our vendors, and the families we serve to make sure we’re delivering the best possible experience. For me, it’s about more than just checking off a maintenance list; it’s about being a reliable partner and ensuring our centers are inspiring places for children to grow.
