Senior Consultant /Business analyst (+20y experience) with a background in management and financial accounting, performance management, process analysis & redesign, project management, SQL, Power BI and more. I help organizations shaping and executing their strategies and projects.Trainer/Coach/Lecturer in business and academic environment.Here are a few ways I\'ve helped:* Strategy and Strategic Performance management: from coaching the customer in developing their Strategy using proved frameworks (Strategy Maps, Playing to Win, etc.) to the implementation of strategic performance management in form of KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, OKRs, tailoring them to the case* Business Planning and Business Analysis: supporting organizations in analyzing their business ideas and developing their business plans: P & Ls, ROI analysis, Cash Flows are my bread & butter* Project Management: scoping, planning, executing & monitoring, and (successfully) closing projects, both in IT (ERP, WMS, CRM, BI systems) and other contexts (management frameworks, etc.).Avid user of Microsoft Project and Trello at individual level, I can implement corporate solutions using MS Project Online* Business Intelligence, Software solutions, System integration: from talking with the business users to understand the needs to design, implementation and maintenance of BI solutions using Microsoft BI stack(SQL Server/Azure, Power BI / Excel) and custom software solutions, integrating them in the customer application landscape.* Software Selection and Business Process redesign: analysis of current business processes, feasibility studies, defining the requirements for new systems, engaging software companies and managing the relationship with them on behalf of the Customer, supporting the software selection. Sometimes this leads to supporting the Customer during the implementation process (see PM bullet above)* Training and Teaching: I\'ve spent thousands of hours with Customers people to share my knowledge on Management Accounting, Project Management, Process Design, Organizational development topics* Academic Lecturing: former Contract Professor @University of Siena (Italy) for the Organization and Leadership course; currently Lecturer and Module Leader at European School of Economics in Florence (Italy) for several modules in the fields of management and economics.Over my skills, rely on my capabilities: I make things work.
