As a VP- Vice President within J.P. Morgan’s in Credit Risk, where she plays a key role in evaluating and managing credit exposure across all real estate transactions. With deep expertise in both credit and asset management, she brings a comprehensive perspective to risk assessment and portfolio oversight.Previously to her current position, Stella served as Vice President within J.P. Morgan’s RealProperty Asset Management group, where she acts in a fiduciary capacity, advising clients on the oversight and strategic management of their real estate investments. Her responsibilities include client engagements related to acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term investment strategies, with a focus on assets located in the Northeast and West Coast markets.My core competencies include relationship management, portfolio management, investment strategy and analysis, due diligence, lending, acquisition, disposition, advisory services, valuation, negotiations, and environmental issues.
