I’m passionate about creating experiences that bring together sports, wellness, and event operations in ways that connect with people. My curiosity lies in how culture, language, and human performance intersect using research, performance science, and cross-cultural insights to improve how athletes, audiences, and communities engage. With a background in psychology and performance science, plus hands-on experience at USC Athletics and the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, I’ve seen how strategy and execution come together in real-world settings. Fluent in Spanish and fascinated by multicultural perspectives, I’m always curious about how culture shapes motivation, communication, and behavior. Most recently, I supported LA28’s food and beverage projects, ranging from sustainability research to event planning, while also assisting with athlete nutrition at USC. I’m excited to keep growing in roles that blend human performance, culture, and operations.
