Thanks for visiting my profile; here is a little bit about me. I am a trusted partner and thought leader with over 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality Industry. My senior roles have included Hotel Manager, Director of People and Culture & HR, and Director of Diversity & Inclusion, so I work very person-centered. I was born, live in London, with Spanish heritage, and live with my husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs. With a passion for food, drink, music, and people; adding in time for Football and I’m happy! SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS•The Lanesborough; I achieved Forbes 5* rating in the first year and every year thereafter, increasing service performance & brand recognition.•Responsible for the People strategy, leading through the closure & the grand re-opening of The Lanesborough, whilst transitioning of management company and stakeholder involvement. •Created a Diversity & Inclusion framework & program at The Peninsula London, resulting in improved practices, and processes for an Inclusive Workplace. •Reviewed hiring processes at The Peninsula London ahead of opening which resulted in increased representation and diversity of the talent pool. •Global brand experience leading people through change and transition with new management companies, acquisitions, closures, openings, and re-launches, resulting in compliant practices and improved people engagement.
