About Stella Maton
I am senior Health Sciences student at James Madison University. I am currently employed at JMU\'s University Recreation Center, the Jimmy\'s Madison\'s restaurant, as a tutor for student-athletes, and am training as an EMT with the Harrisonburg Rescue Squad. I am currently a member of the Alpha Upsilon chapter of the Tri Sigma sorority, a student representative for the JMU Honor Council, as well as a member of the Phi-Chi pre-medical fraternity. I enjoy being involved in my community, as I previously volunteered weekly with the JMU STEM Corps at local elementary schools to engage children in the community with varying STEM projects and activities. I currently hold a 3.75 cumulative GPA, and have excelled in my core science coursework especially. I am passionate about healthcare and have experience working with diverse groups of people from my previous employments and extracurricular involvements.
