WORK HISTORY
Writer @St Andrews Law Review
St Andrews, GB
Following a competitive application process, I was appointed as a Writer for the St Andrews Law Review, contributing to the Commercial Law team by producing bi-monthly articles that analyse and interpret significant legal developments. My role involves extensive research, distilling complex legal cases and topics into concise, accessible articles that provide both factual breakdowns and evaluative commentary for a wider audience. To date, I have written two articles: the first, Corporate Liability and AI: Who’s Responsible When Machines Decide, explored the emerging legal challenges surrounding corporate responsibility for autonomous decision-making by AI systems, considering both liability frameworks and the broader implications for governance and regulatory compliance. The second, High Stakes and High Speed: HSF’s Defence in Siemens Mobility Ltd v HS2 and the Limits of Judicial Intervention in Procurement, examined a high-profile procurement dispute, evaluating the firm’s legal strategy, the court’s approach to intervention, and the wider impact on public procurement law. This role has honed my ability to synthesise complex legal material, provide critical insight, and communicate effectively in a format accessible to both legal professionals and students.
