ABOUT STELLA HANSEN
This semester, I am taking an EMT course and other foundational classes at Oakton Community College. Last semsester, I was interning as a Media/Marketing/Photographer/Videographer/Instructor with Outward Bound Costa Rica. In the spring semester of last year, I traveled to 13 countries and over 30 cities across Europe using the rail system with my best friend. During the fall semester, I participated in an Outdoor Leadership Semester program through Outward Bound, which ultimately led to my internship offer. In the summers, I work for the Evanston Fire Department, where I have been promoted from Lifeguard to Manager to Supervisor each year. Next year, I will attend Saint Louis University in Madrid to study Psychology, with the goal of eventually entering PA school to become a traveling physician assistant.
