I independently manage two properties, using the Booking platform as my primary booking channel. My responsibilities include- Operational management: monitoring booking requests, managing the calendar, and communicating with guests via Airbnb- Listing optimization: creating effective listings, updating photos, and utilizing strategies to improve visibility and conversions- Guest relations and customer service: organizing check-in/check-out and providing ongoing support to ensure an optimal guest experience- Maintenance and coordination: supervising cleaning, restocking, and maintenance- Review analysis: collecting and analyzing feedback to improve service and maintain high ratings on the platform.
