About Stella Anastasakis

My name is Stella, and I’m pursuing a Ph.D. in Bioengineering at Stanford University. I recently graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in chemical engineering. I’m passionate about making a positive impact on climate change, and this passion inspires me throughout my academic and professional journey. With the versatility and interdisciplinary nature of chemical and biological engineering, I hope to design creative solutions to complex environmental challenges using synthetic biology.
