Scientific knowledge is in perpetual evolution; it finds itself changed from one day to the next.\"(Jean Piaget)I started my academic career as a chemical technical assistant. But with the urge to improve my knowledge i started to study biotechnology. In April 2012 I graduated as a Dipl-Ing.(FH) and have worked in pharmaceutical projects as a research assistant. The necessity to invent/improve sustainable processes and my motivation to be part of future technologies I decided to become a PhD-student. I worked on a project in which organic waste is used to produce gaseous as well as liquid biofuels at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. Followed by the relocation back to Berlin I started working at Berlin Partner in the field of industrial Biotechnology as an Innovation Manager. My recent work at Fraunhofer is dealing with managing and coordinating projects initiated by the coal exit and the structural development of the Brandenburg region Lusatia.I am currently working at the Fraunhofer Center for Digitale Diagnostics ZDD and we are working in finding solutions to minimize gaps in medical solutions for rural areas.
