   Responsible for Identity and Access management data, repositories, and controls. Leads a team of engineers who have the responsibility for the infrastructure, data hygiene, and analytical tool implementation and development. Areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to, data source identification, IAM data strategy, data architecture, data modeling, analytical modeling (artificial intelligence/machine learning), code development and testing for tools. • Built the data processing team from four person direct reporting team, US based, supporting one tool to an international team of over forty resources. • Architected and implemented of a SaaS based solution to leverage and operationalize artificial intelligence and machine learning user behavioral analytics to identify anomalous behavior leveraging event data to better secure the environments. • Designed and led the re-architecture of the IAM structured data warehouse implementing industry accepted best practices for modeling to meet newly defined company use cases • Facilitated the identification, procurement and leads the implementation for the company solution in the zero-trust segmentation. The solution utilizes machine learning and platform telemetry to enforce good behavior. • Lead the engineering efforts that defined and is implementing the solution to better manage non-human accounts across the enterprise. • Mentors and leads the adoption of agile methodology across the direct reporting engineering teams.
