Since 2008, I’ve led large-scale energy organizations—onshore, offshore, solar, and wind—across Europe and North America. Whether as a financial Project Manager on Germany’s largest offshore wind farm or leading self-perform transitions for large-scale BESS, PV, and wind in the U.S, I’ve delivered execution with urgency, without losing sight of people or purpose.Known for turning vision into execution by developing practical strategies, translating them into cross-functional programs, and establishing PMOs to track progress and outcomes. As Director of Operations at Leeward Renewable Energy, I lead operational oversight of our BESS, PV, wind, and BOP assets across SPP, CAISO, ERCOT, PJM, TVA, and WECC. I focus on driving operational excellence, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining the highest safety standards for both our teams and contractors in the field.My responsibilities include managing P&L and CapEx investments, but my core priority is ensuring that our assets perform at their best along with my team, delivering reliable energy while keeping safety and efficiency at the forefront. I also play a key role in integrating new projects into our portfolio, making sure they align with Leeward’s long-term operational goals.In addition, I drive the development and execution of a self-perform O&M strategy, working to enhance asset reliability and performance while fostering a culture of safety and proactive risk management.
