With over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, I am currently the Area Sales Director at Aveanna Healthcare, one of the nation\'s largest provider of home health care. In this role, I lead a team of account executives who cultivate and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, and educate the community on the benefits of home health care. I also provide strategic direction and oversight for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company\'s mission and vision. Some of my core competencies include territory development, marketing management, customer service, and sales leadership.
