I help people to find freedom of movement in their body by creating a balanced relationship between strength and flexibility. My sessions meet clients where they\'re at to encourage success and progression in their practice. I love to work in one-on-one sessions to target specific goals, whether it\'s maintaining current fitness ability levels, or learning how to walk without pain. I love being able to work in a studio that values individuality as well as cooperation, creativity and efficiency, and the power of mindfully problem solving while coming from the heart. I am blessed by my Lord everyday by the relationships with my clients, the opportunity to give to others, and the ability to enrich their quality of life.
