Hello! I am Steffi Bathla, working with Deloitte aligned with Growth & Purpose Digital team leading the transformation project. Previous to Deloitte, I retired as Wing Commander from the Indian Air Force (IAF) with 14 years of military experience. I have had experience of various projects implemented with waterfall as well as agile methodologies along with MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) of aircraft communication, navigation and emergency systems management. Additionally, I had the privilege of being a part of one of the largest digital transformations of IAF, honing my expertise in IBM Maximo, Cognos and Identity and Access Management (IAM). I am a Certified Scrum Master and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, which underpins my commitment to continuous improvement and agile methodologies. I am a tech savvy professional keen on learning and applying new technologies. I recently up-skilled on Generative AI for business with Microsoft Azure Open AI. My hobbies of DIY and handicrafts enhance my creativity and attention to details. My mission is to leverage my field expertise to drive impactful change, aligning with organizational goals and culture.
