With a foundation as one of the youngest activists in the foundation of the East German Opposition Movement before the fall of the Wall, I\'ve evolved into a seasoned strategist and bridge builder. My journey encompasses pivotal roles, starting from role of Chef de Cabinet for a leading Member of the European Parliament, to Director of influential International Think Thank projects and Co-Founder of several unusual ventures staring innovations together with leaders and experts in International Politics, Business, Science and Tech, Civil Society and NGOs.I was one of the Initiators of the EU Baltic Sea Region Strategy (the EU\'s first macro regional strategy) and became Director of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation’s project on this topic. Starting a new policy initiative I cofounded and served as Secretary General of the EU Arctic Forum, where I earned the moniker \"Mr. Arctic” in Brussels. In a challenging moment of a crisis of Purpose and Meaning, I co-founded CIRKEL, revolutionising Learning & Development through an Science based AI-enabled platform, fostering peer connections for meaningful relationships, trust, enhanced learning, and innovation.
