I lead the Compact Hydro Division at ANDRITZ Hydro in Germany, with end-to-end responsibility for Sales, Design, Order Execution, and Automation & Commissioning across globally allocated markets. Together with a strong, multidisciplinary team, we deliver tailored “Water-to-Wire” solutions for Compact hydropower projects worldwide. At our Ravensburg location, we serve as the center of competence for this product group.I enjoy the diverse and hands-on nature of our work, the challenge of complex projects, collaboration across cultures and disciplines, and the opportunity to contribute to reliable and sustainable energy solutions through hydropower.
