At Marelli as Vice President & Global Head of Project Management, I initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organisation. I am directing overall program operations of the Electronic Systems Divison\'s PMO globally across all customers and product lines in Europe, China, Japan, India, North and South America. I am ensuring that projects are planned from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes. I am devising evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine need for improvements. I am developing and approving budgets and operations. I am ensuring project operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies. I am applying change, risk and resource management principles on requirements to improve product quality. I am supervising all portfolio, program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems. I am discovering ways to enhance efficiency and productivity and maximise revenue generation. My Key Contributions: » Successfully executing 100+ projects with combined annual revenue of appr. MEUR across Europe, China, Japan, India, North and South America. » Led, trained, and developed 80+ portfolio, program and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
